Concealer is designed as a coverup to cover blemishes, spots, dark circles and marks or scars. It’s very similar to foundation but is more concentrated meaning coverage is a lot better. 

Concealer is only meant to be used on the areas of your face that need more coverage. The concealer can then be covered again with foundation or with bronzer / finishing powder. 

First created by MaxFactor in the 1950’s, concealer has gone on to become a feature in most makeup bags. 

Commercial concealer like so many beauty products is full of chemicals which aren’t good for your skin or the planet. They are also packaged in non-recyclable packaging and contribute to the single-use plastic pollution problem. 

We stock natural, mineral concealer by Love The Planet. Available in a powder form, it can be applied dry for a light coverage or mix with a tiny bit of water for thicker coverage. It comes in a fully recyclable aluminium tin.
