A pack of wax crumbles to repair and refresh vegan wax wraps. Simply sprinkle some crumbles onto an old wrap and iron.
- Easy to use
- Contains 40g of vegan wax
- Wax enough for six large wax wraps
- Refresh your wax wraps without throwing away
An alternative option to composting your vegan wax wrap, you can now refresh your wax wrap without waiting for large chunks of wax to melt or risk shredding your fingers in a grater.
To use, put down a tea towel and a sheet of greaseproof paper. Place your worn wax wrap on top and sprinkle over with some wax. Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on top and iron on a low temperature. Move the wax around with the iron. Once done, carefully remove the greaseproof paper and waft the wrap for 30 secs to dry!
Food grade plant wax.
BEEBEE & LEAF
Kath set up BeeBee & Leaf from her very own kitchen. Back before plastic was used so widely, it was commonplace to preserve food using cotton coated in wax. Now, using her tried-and-tested technique, she and her team design contemporary wraps that are ethical and sustainable. BeeBee & Leaf make both beeswax food wraps and plantwax wraps. Leaf wraps work in just the same way, but instead of beeswax they use rice bran and sumac wax. Wraps last around 12 months but if you use the Relax and Rewax refreshers they can be expected to last for years.
