Okay ladies, this is a big and quite scary change and it takes a little getting used to, but it is more than worth it. Firstly, what size do you need? That basically depends on whether you've given birth and if your baby came out of your va-jay-jay. If they did, then you need size B, otherwise it's size A.
I was so nervous the first few times I did this and there's definitely a technique to it but it's very easily learnt. And best of all think of all the chemicals that aren't entering your body and all the waste you're saving from going to landfill. I really wish I'd swapped sooner!
If you're worried, there are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to insert!
Click the link to check out a video where Charlie chats through why you should make the change to an OrganiCup and how to use it if you're still undecided about making the change!

Founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2012 these guys have been on a plastic-free journey longer than I have. Normally, I'd write a little blurb about the company here, but I think they sum it up really nicely themselves: "We believe no woman should be held back by her body. We believe period products should not contain harmful chemicals nor absorb natural bodily secretions, resulting in infections. Periods should not be the cause of major pollution. And they should never, ever be a source of shame."
