This coffee is grown in Finca Las Laja farm, a third-generation coffee farm in the state of Veracruz. The farm has RFA and 4C certification for sustainable production.
You wouldn't know it was decaf, the coffee is immersed in glacier water in a method called Mountain Water Process to help maintain flavours before the water is reused.
Alpaca Coffee is packaged plastic-free in home compostable coffee bags. The outside layer is unbleached kraft paper, the inner lining and labels are a cellulose made from renewable wood pulp, and the zipper & valve are 'bioplastic' made from sugarcane, cassava or corn.
This is a speciality coffee with a minimum cupping score of 82.
Ground coffee works well in a Cafetiere (French Press), Expresso Maker or Filter. Pair this ground coffee with a reusable coffee filter for a guilt-free pick me up.
